1. Shift Supervisor - Ballyhackamore (16-20 hours per week)

AL Gelato are currently looking for store supervisors to lead the team on shift in the absence of the store manager. This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced individual who has experience operating food retail spaces, loves leading teams, and can thrive in a fast paced environment (and loves gelato & coffee, of course).

The store supervisor is responsible for the operation of their assigned store(s) when their manager is not working. This includes managing people, sales, inventory, and guest service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains store staff job results by coaching whilst on shift.

• Monitoring daily sales and maintaining budgets.

• Uphold excellent standards of customer service

• Maintains safe and clean environment for customers and employees.

• Manage and submit any complaints or queries whilst on shift

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in food retail role preferred.

• Prior experience supervising a team required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask
